The information requested in the first part of the Deputy's question is not available. Very few local authorities gave an indication of the cost of their proposals. The proposals are at present being analysed in the Economic Development Branch of my Department and cost figures will, where necessary, be ascertained. No schemes have yet been sanctioned.
