The re-organisation of the dispensary districts in County Kildare has not been completed. Following examination of the matter by a sub-Committee of the County Council, referred to in my reply of the 3rd December last to the Deputy, the local authority submitted revised proposals for the re-organisation of the dispensary districts to my Department on the 5th March. The proposed revisions are complex and differ in many respects from those previously submitted to my Department. They involve the abolition of an existing dispensary district and alterations in other districts. The proposals are being examined in my Department but in view of their comprehensive nature it will be some time before this examination is completed.
