While I have no function as regards the safety aspects of the matter, I am bringing to the notice of pram and pram harness manufacturers a communication sent to me by the Coroner who conducted an inquest recently on the accidental death of a child in circumstances of the kind referred to in the Deputy's question. In doing so, however, I am not implying that the pram harness in question in this case was of Irish manufacture.
