I understand that there is work available at present at the Bord na Móna development near Bellacorick, that the Department of Lands will shortly resume a turbary development scheme at Dooreel and arrangements have been made for the erection of a new National School at Shranamanragh. It is also expected that some employment will be given in the current year on road work in the parish.
