Of more than 1,100 acres, in the townlands of Newforest and Killasmuggan, originally acquired on this estate, 177 acres have been made available for planting by the Forestry Division of my Department. Formulation of allotment proposals for the balance of the lands, which may involve some local rearrangement, will be put in hands as soon as possible.
