The Labour Court is at present dealing with an application for the setting up of a Joint Labour Committee for this industry and I presume that it is in relation to this that the Deputy has put his question.
The Court must follow a statutory procedure in setting up such a body and, in following this procedure, it has published in the Press notice of intention to hold a public enquiry into the application on 27th May, 1960.
