The Registrar of Companies issued requests on 2nd February, 1959, and 1st April, 1960. My Department issued notice on 4th April, 1960, that, in default of submission, proceedings would be instituted. The necessary particulars were filed with the Registrar of Companies on 8th April, 1960.
