When approval was conveyed on the 16th February, 1960, for revised sketch plans for the erection of a new dispensary at Tralee, the local authority were informed that they could proceed with this project without reference of further planning documents to my Department. It has been ascertained that final planning documents are to be submitted by the Architect at an early date to the local authority who propose to invite tenders immediately afterwards for the erection of the dispensary.
