I am not aware of difficulty or delay attributable to the Customs in the clearance of machinery spare parts and accessories. If the Deputy will let me have particulars of any such cases he may have in mind I shall have them investigated.

Apart from that, it is generally recognised that there is considerable delay in getting anything of this nature through the customs at present.
