I regret to say that some such remark was made by a Judge in the Supreme Court but I am glad to be able to inform the House that the Court did not pursue the matter, as of course it will be appreciated that neither the Taoiseach nor any other member of Dáil Éireann is answerable to any Court for statements made in the Dáil.
