The provision of traffic lights in Dublin City is a matter for consideration in the first instance by the Dublin Corporation in consultation with the Commissioner of the Garda Síochána. I have received no proposals for the provision of traffic lights at the junction of Rathgar Road and Frankfort Avenue.
