The regulations are now with the Parliamentary Draftsman. It is hoped that they will be made and laid on the Table of both Houses of the Oireachtas, as a statutory instrument, within a short time.
Could the Minister give us any idea what "a short time" means?
I should like to make it as wide as possible—a month or six weeks.
