Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to make provision for the orderly and progressive development of cities, towns and other areas, whether urban or rural, and to preserve and improve the amenities thereof, to repeal the Town and Regional Planning Acts, 1934 and 1939, and to make provision for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid. — (The Taoiseach)
