asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he is aware that a letter posted in Dáil Éireann at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 19th April, was not received in Rathmines until Friday, 21st April; and that the envelope when received had been franked on the 19th and 20th April; and if he will indicate the reasons why the letter was not delivered in the first post on Thursday, 20th April.
