I move:
That a sum not exceeding £45,500 be granted to complete the sum necessary to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1962, for contributions to the Council of Europe, the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation, the United Nations and Intergovernmental Legal Bodies; and for other expenses in connection therewith.
