The State's contributions to the housing loan charges of Dublin Corporation in the last financial year totalled £652,797. It is estimated that the subsidy to be paid in the current year will exceed that total. The amount met from rates in respect of Dublin Corporation housing, including housing maintenance, in the last financial year is estimated at £709,000 approximately.
