The Castleisland (Pound Lane) Labourers Act Scheme, 1961, has been examined and found not to be drafted in accordance with the legal and technical requirements with which such a Compulsory Purchase Order must comply before it is made the subject of a Public Inquiry. I have, accordingly, made an Order annulling this Compulsory Purchase Order.
