Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Reactor Cattle: Department losses on Purchase and Sale of Stores.

22.

asked the Minister for Agriculture how many store reactors have been sold to registered exporters in each month in 1961 to date; how many in each month were slaughtered in Dublin abattoir; and if he will state the total amounts paid in each case.

23.

asked the Minister for Agriculture how many (a) cow reactors and (b) store reactors were bought in each county in each month of 1961 to date; and how each such county was grouped for the purpose of tender for the sales thereof.

25.

asked the Minister for Agriculture what losses were suffered by his Department in each month of 1960 and 1961 to date on the purchase and sale of store cattle in each county, and the totals thereof.

The replies to questions Nos. 22, 23 and 25 are in the form of tabular statements which, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, will be circulated with the Official Report.
