To date, the National Building Agency, Ltd. has undertaken to participate in 23 housing projects, involving 83 houses, for industrial concerns at various centres throughout the State. Proposals for 7 other projects involving 20 houses are at an advanced stage. A number of other projects are still at preliminary stages.
The Agency is also engaged in the inspection and acquisition of sites for housing for the Garda Síochána. The provision of houses required in connection with the transfer of the Garda Training Depot to Templemore is at an advanced stage.
