asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will take steps to discourage the insurance companies from employing as part-time insurance agents persons such as bank managers, accountants, etc., who are already in receipt of reasonable incomes; and if in view of the employment situation at present obtaining in this country he will encourage these companies to replace the system of employing part-time agents by a system of employing full-time agents.
