I understand that Dublin Corporation have been advised that they should not proceed at present for the compulsory acquisition of a site for housing purposes in the City Quay area in view of the zoning provisions in their Planning Scheme. I have already indicated that it is proposed to repeal the Acts which authorised the Planning Scheme and that I expect the necessary legislation will be introduced in time for consideration before the summer adjournment.
