Will the Minister say whether he has given consideration to the report presented by the Commission which sat for 18 months or two years?
I have indicated that consideration has been given to it.
And it was decided to take no action?
Yes.
And we are to carry on in the same old way with these elections?
Until somebody comes up with a better one.
The report is considered to be useless?
The Deputy may read that into it, if he wishes. I am not saying so.
The Minister must have considered it useless.
