In the year 1960-61, a tender was submitted on 7th September, 1960, for the erection of 12 houses at Rathkeale and was approved on 13th September, 1960.
In the year 1961-62, a tender was submitted on 23rd November, 1961, for the erection of four houses at Bruff. Revision was found necessary owing to site limitations and the revised proposal was approved on 20th February, 1962.
