Vol. 194 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Paul Singer Court Decision.

92.

asked the Minister for Justice whether the recent decision of the courts in the Singer case means the complete acquittal of Mr. Singer; if not, whether any further charges are to be preferred against him; and, if so, how many charges; and when they will be preferred.

Mr. Singer has been acquitted on all charges brought against him.

The legal machine has done this gentleman proudly. It could not happen in a banana republic.

Mr. Singer, with all our people's money in his pocket, is in one at the moment and enjoying himself to his heart's content.
