The building operations referred to consist of the construction of—

(c) It is expected it will be completed in another four months;

(d) The height of the screen wall will be about 22 feet. The sub-station and switchroom will be about 12 feet high.

The site of the electricity sub-station is being leased to the Electricity Supply Board for a term of 99 years, at a nominal rent of 1/- a year, the lessees to be responsible for the payment of rates and for maintenance and for the refund of the cost, estimated at £1,400, of the erection of the sub-station.
