I am not so aware. The decision in question was based on information supplied by the housing authority itself. Subsequent submissions purport to indicate further steps taken or proposed which it is suggested would justify payment of subsidy at the higher rate in the cases in question. The cases are being reviewed accordingly and my decisions on them will be conveyed to the housing authority in due course.
