This 88 acre property is being purchased by the Land Commission from the owner on a voluntary basis. Agreement has been reached on price but arrangements to take possession of the land cannot be made until certain requirements regarding title have been complied with. I can say that the Land Commission are not responsible for any delay in bringing the proceedings to conclusion.
