asked the Minister for Education whether, in view of the opinion of the Council of Education that it is a weakness in the grants system that there is no provision for payment to qualified part-time teachers, he will take steps to investigate the possibilities of paying such grants, particularly in rural areas where qualified teachers of such subjects as science and mathematics may be hard to obtain.
