I have seen newspaper reports which indicate that the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission have renewed their demand for the production of documents in pursuance of the enquiry to which I referred in my reply on the 28th March, 1962 to a previous question by the Deputy on this subject.
Irish Shipping Ltd. have not, however, yet received official notification of this demand and I am not, now, in a position to say what further action may be required in the matter.
