With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 12 and 13 together. In the preparation of the Moy catchment drainage scheme it was the intention to include all arterial watercourses in the catchment which it would be economic to improve. A number of watercourses were excluded because they were considered uneconomic in the light of the information disclosed by the engineering and valuation surveys of the catchment carried out prior to the preparation of the scheme. Applications for the inclusion of some of those watercourses have been received since the scheme started and they will be investigated further according as the works programme permits. The total number of applications received is 150, and to date 41 of them have been investigated. Of those investigated 19 have been granted while 22 were found to be inappropriate for inclusion in the scheme.
