The preparation has been included in the Department's special list of medicines which will be operative next month. The fact that it has not been on the Department's lists up to the present did not, of course, preclude district medical officers from ordering it for patients for whom it was required.
Who would be responsible for paying for it under the blue ticket?
I assume it is on the special list and it can be, therefore, ordered. It could at any time have been ordered when prescribed.
