The position regarding this estate is unchanged since my reply of 3rd May, 1961 (Vol. 188, Cols. 1528-9) to which I would refer the Deputy.
Might I ask the Minister for how many years has this question been for discussion in this House and outside it by people in all political Parties?
I think the Deputy is well aware that very substantial amounts of land were taken from the former owners of this estate at one time or another. The Deputy is also aware that these people lodged an objection and succeeded with their objection before the law of the land. That was the position.
