asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Westmeath for 1962-63: reconditioning of the drain from the county boundary through Pat Dunne's boglands to the bog road, continuing on the face banks to Pat Garvan's bank at the end of the drain with a branch to Pat Feery's bank.

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £145. It is not possible at this date to say whether further money will be provided for this bog drain in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Westmeath for 1962-63: reconditioning of the drain from the point where sanction 515 for 1960-61 finished at Gavigan's bank south-west on face banks to Larry Arthur's second bank, and shovelling of silt on the section done under sanction 515 for 1960-61 from the main drain at Ennis' land.

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £60. It is not possible at this stage to say whether further money will be provided for this bog drain in 1963/64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Westmeath for 1962-63: reconditioning of the drain from where sanction 727 for 1961-62 ended at Plantation in Mrs. Sammon's lands, east through the cutaway to Michael Baker's bog, and shovelling of the section done under this sanction to the Brosna River.

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £25. It is not possible at this date to say whether further money will be provided for this bog drain in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for the further improvement of this work in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Westmeath for 1962-63: continuance of the extension of the drain from Malone's face bank east to McDonnell's bank, removal of slips from the main drain to the new pipe on the bog road, and deepening of the branch on the north side of the bog road from the new pipe to the end of Malone's land.

This work was in hands last week and a certificate of completion has not yet been received. The amount available for expenditure was £30. It is not possible at this date to say whether further money will be provided for this bog drain in 1963/64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Westmeath for 1962-63: reconditioning of the drain from the main river at Ed. Colgan's pasture land, north and west to bog road, then north to face bank with (1) new branch northwest to Carney's bank (2) branch east to Monaghan's bank and (3) reconditioning of the branch west to Colgan's old bog and extending it to the face bank.

This work was commenced last week and a certificate of completion has not yet been received. The amount available for expenditure was £70. It is not possible at this date to say whether further money will be provided for these drains in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Meath for 1962-63: reconditioning of the bog drain from where work ceased under sanction 504 in 1960-61, north to Christopher Flynn's bank and light cleaning, where necessary, downstream to the Kinnegad River.

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £30. It is not proposed to provide money for the further improvement of this bog drain in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Westmeath for 1962-63: reconditioning of the drain from the Milltown River at Walsh's and McGuire's lands, Milltown, upstream by Murray's old house to the bog road in Drumman bog with (1) the branch on south side of road east to Ned Lennon's bank and (2) the branch west through Land Commission bog lands to James Maguire's bank (Drumman).

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £290. It is not possible at this date to say whether further money will be provided for these bog drains in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Meath in 1962-63: reconditioning of the bog drain from the bog drain at Henry Hurst's land, east and north to Matthew Kelly's turf bank and east alongside the bog road to James Kelly's bank.

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £85. It is not proposed to provide money for the further improvement of this bog drain in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Meath in 1962-63: reconditioning of the bog drain from the reclamation drain on Patrick Kenna's land near John Harte's entrance gate north to Andrew Flynn's turf bank.

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £35. It is not proposed to provide money for the further improvement of this bog drain in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Meath for 1962-63: reconditioning of the bog drain from the main drain one hundred yards south of the bridge at John Giles' house, east and south under the bog road to Mrs. Robert Maloney's turf bank.

A certificate of completion has not yet been received in this case. The amount authorised was £65. I understand the work is now in hands.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Meath for 1962-63: reconditioning of the bog drain from the Kinnegad river three hundred yards north of John Giles' house, south to Rossan bog at Michael Reilly's turf bank and the branch south to Thomas Hamilton's bank.

The formal certificate of completion has not yet been received in this case. The amount of the grant was £170 and work was completed only in the last few days. It is not possible at this date to say whether further money will be provided for this bog drain in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Meath for 1962-63: reconditioning of the bog drain from the main drain at Andrew Clonan's land, east across the face of Anneville bog to Joseph Corrigan's turf bank in Blackshade bog.

A certificate of completion has not been received in this case. The amount authorised was £65. I understand the work is in progress.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Meath for 1962-63: cleaning the 530 perches of the bog drain from the Clonard River at Albert Nicholson's land, north under the county road at John Mooney's cottage by Mrs. Meehan's turf bank to near the railway line in Molerick bog.

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £300. It is not possible at this date to say whether further money will be provided for this bog drain in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Kildare for 1962-63: reconditioning of the bog drain in Thomastown bog from the county road forty-five yards north of the sluice, west of Richard Doran's turf bank and north to James Cooney's and Mr. Galvin's bank.

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £45. It is not proposed to provide money for the further improvement of this bog drain in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Kildare for 1962-63: reconditioning of the bog drain from the main drain between Henry Sunderland's land and Thomas Byrne's land, north by John Chamley's house to Richard Duggan's turf bank on Edward Morrissey's turf bog.

The work was in hands last week and a certificate of completion has not yet been received. The amount available for expenditure was £90. It is not possible at this date to say whether further money will be provided for this drain in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Kildare for 1962-63: reconditioning of the bog drain in Blake's bog from the Magpie River at Andrew McNally's land north under the bog road and continuing (i) to Michael Donohoe's turf bank, (ii) to Michael Tierney's bank and (iii) to John Bagnall's turf bank.

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £65. It is not possible at this date to say whether further money will be provided for these bog drains in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Kildare for 1962-63: reconditioning of the bog drain from the main drain at the county road at the corner of the forestry fence, north through Rose Gardens to Thomas Ennis's turf bank.

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £20. It is not proposed to provide money for the further improvement of this bog drain in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Kildare for 1962-63: reconditioning of the bog drain from the county road culvert at the boundary of Patrick Doyle's and Forestry Branch lands, east alongside the county road and north to James Mill's and Edward Dunne's turf banks.

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £65. It is not proposed to provide money for the further improvement of this bog drain in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Kildare for 1962-63: reconditioning of the bog drain from the White River at the bridge constructed by the military, north east by Peter Coyne's house to Mrs. Ennis's turf plot.

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £110. It is not possible at this date to say whether further money will be provided for this bog drain in 1962/63.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Kildare in 1962-63: light cleaning of the bog drain from the county council drain south-west of Christopher Sheridan's house, south and east to Thomas Doyle's bank on Laurence Dunne's bog.

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £100. It is not possible at this date to say whether further money will be provided for this bog drain in 1963/64.

A certificate of completion has been received in this case. The amount expended was £120. It is not possible to say at this date whether further money will be provided for this bog drain in 1963-64.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received a certificate of completion, the amount of money spent, and whether it is proposed to provide money for further improvement in 1963-64, in respect of the following work included in the Bog Development Schemes in County Kildare for 1962-63: reconditioning of the bog drain from the River Liffey one hundred yards north of Patrick Grady's cottage, west by Bridget Grady's house to Hawkfield bog at Dominican college turf bank, and reconstruction of the culvert opposite Arthur Delaney's house.

The work was in hands last week and a certificate of completion has not yet been received. The amount available for expenditure was £120. It is not possible to say at this date whether further money will be provided for this drain in 1963-64.
