The Dublin Health Authority have kept me informed of developments relating to representations that a dispensary be provided in Chapelizod, Dublin.
The health authority do not consider that the provision of a dispensary at Chapelizod would be justified having regard to the small number of persons eligible for general medical services residing in the area. The authority are, however, considering the question of the provision of a dispensary at Palmerstown, which is adjacent to Chapelizod, following the adoption of a motion on the subject at the November meeting of the authority.
