It is the normal function of the Broadcasting Authority to make programme arrangements. Accordingly, enquiries regarding programme matters should properly be addressed to Radio Éireann. I understand, however, that arrangements are already well in hand for special Christmas programmes of the nature mentioned by the Deputy.
