asked the Minister for Agriculture if he is aware in relation to the land project scheme that pipe manufacturers have increased the price of pipes for the second time within twelve months; if, in view of this and of the big increase in the cost of machinery, wages, etc., he will consider the case of land project contractors who are unable to carry on with this scheme because of very high overheads; and if he will take steps to have all grants substantially increased in order to meet these increased costs.
