I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a somewhat similar question by Deputy Spring on 11th July last.
If the moneys required for the replacement of dispensary premises in County Donegal which are below standard were borrowed from the Local Loans Fund, a facility which is available to the health authority, the additional charge on the local rates which would be involved would not be significant.
