As I stated in reply to a similar question by the Deputy on 31st October last the making of traffic and parking byelaws for Wexford borough is a matter primarily for the Commissioner of the Garda Síochána after consultation with the Wexford Corporation. My consent to the byelaws is required but so far no such byelaws for Wexford borough have been submitted for my consent.
In other words, you never heard of them?
