So far as income is concerned, the eligibility of persons to whom loans may be made under the Small Dwellings Acquisition Acts is restricted only in respect of local authority advances which are financed from the Local Loans Fund. If a local authority proposes to borrow from some other source in order to make advances under these Acts the proposal would be examined by me on its merits.
