An appeal against the decision of a deciding officer assessing for unemployment assistance purposes the means of the person referred to by the Deputy was received in my Department on 27th November, 1962. The appeals officer to whom the appeal was referred gave his decision on 14th December, 1962, and this decision was notified to the applicant by the local officer at Dungloe employment exchange on 19th December, 1962.
