I am not in a position to state the extent of the gypsum seam recently discovered at Glangevlin, County Cavan. While as yet no plans for development of these deposits have been submitted to me I have recently promised to grant prospecting facilities to enable the company which discovered the deposits to carry out detailed prospecting of the area.
