My Department administers a technical assistance scheme under which grants may be made available to industrial firms and hotels towards the cost of engaging expert consultants to carry out surveys of their heating and power plants with the object of ascertaining the scope for reduction in fuel costs. Grants of half of the cost of a survey can be made under the scheme. Full particulars of the procedure to be followed to qualify for a grant can be obtained from my Department.
Does that apply to private institutions also?
