Can the Parliamentary Secretary say from the figures he has got if there has been a serious decline this year?
In common with every other country in Europe, the returns showed a big drop in shipping early this year, due to the hard winter conditions. I understand there has been a considerable increase since.
I shall put down another question. What the Parliamentary Secretary says is not true, of course.
