The Corporation's proposals in regard to housing loans, submitted to me on 20th November, are under consideration in connection with new regulations which I propose to make under section 11 of the Housing (Loans and Grants) Act, 1962. I expect to make the regulations in the near future, after consultation with the Minister for Finance.
My consent is not required to the changes which the Corporation has made in the amount of the supplementary grants payable under its scheme.
