asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that the developers of College Park Estate, Terenure, Dublin maintain that they completed development of the estate in February, 1963; and what steps will now be taken to resolve the stalemate which appears to exist between Dublin County Council and the developers in order that the unsightly open space in the area be finally and properly developed and all services including the sewers taken in charge.

In reply to a question by the Deputy on 30th January last, I gave details of the works remaining to be done before the county council could consider taking this estate in charge. I understand that the council intend to inform the developers fully of their requirements within the next few days.
