Second Stage ordered for Thursday, March 19, 1964.
We presume so. We are not quite sure of the status——
Is it not a Government Bill?
It is a Private Member's Bill.
I thought the Government had adopted it.
If not otherwise ordered, it will go into Private Member's Time.
Is it not sufficient to order it now and decide later on?
I think the best thing to do is to order it for Government time.
