3. Figures of the indebtedness of county committees of agriculture, vocational education committees and harbour authorities are not available in the Department.
4. The figures in respect of county borough corporations and urban district councils include amounts in sinking funds (£2,737,150 and £188,143 respectively).
5. The figures in respect of town commissioners do not include amounts raised on their behalf by county councils. These amounts are included as indebtedness of county councils.
