Will the Minister indicate whether he would be prepared to sanction a proposal for money grants rather than fuel, seeing that the delivery of fuel has become such an expensive business?
No. There would be no justification for giving extra payments to people in a number of arbitrarily selected towns as distinct from the rest of the country.
