asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission have considered the propriety of acquiring the farm of Mrs. Mary Doherty, Tureendermot, Newmarket, County Cork, for division in view of the acute land congestion in that district.

Certain inquiries have been made by the Land Commission regarding this 116-acre farm but for the present these inquiries must be treated as confidential.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission have considered the propriety of acquiring the lands of the late Daniel Kiely, Mount Lake, Newmarket, County Cork, for division.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission have considered the propriety of acquiring the estate of John Barry, Tureenkippogue, Meelin, Newmarket, County Cork, for division.

I propose with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to take questions Nos. 32 and 33 together.

There are no proceedings for acquisition of the two properties referred to but I shall have the Deputy's interest in the lands brought to the notice of the Land Commission.
