Committee on Finance. - Vote 18—Miscellaneous Expenses.

Dr. Ryan

I move:

That a sum not exceeding £199,750 be granted to complete the sum necessary to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1965, for certain Miscellaneous Expenses, including certain Grants-in-Aid.

Mr. Sweetman

I notice that the Minister keeps the number of triplets and the number of centenarians both steady.

Dr. Ryan

They do not cost much.
